DTU Nanolab - Building 314/307

Building 314, Photo: DTU Nanolab

DTU Nanolab has several locations on the Lyngby campus, building 314/307 and 346/347.

Buildings 314 and 307 (formerly know as DTU CEN) hosts most of the electron microscopes (SEMs and TEMs), and related offices together with some labs, and preparation equipment (photo).

Buildings 346 and 347 (formerly know as DTU Danchip) hosts the cleanroom and related offices, as well as the PolyFabLab and SupportLab. More information about our fabrication and characterization cababilities in building 346/347 can be found here.

Training and Operation of Equipment

All Electron Microscopes in building 314/307 are multi-functional tools. You, the user, are only authorized to use the functions/equipment you have been trained to use by an authorized trainer. If you wish to use other functions or processes on a specific tool, you must get the respective training for it. Please contact the tool responsible(s) for help. You can find the contact information in LabManager under the individual equipment details.

For training on any of our equipment in 314 or 307, please sign up here, or contact the Microscopy Support Team, if you have any question.
