Building 314, Photo: DTU Nanolab

DTU Nanolab has several locations on the Lyngby campus, building 314/307 and 346/347.

Buildings 314 and 307 (former DTU CEN) hosts most of the electron microscopes (SEMs and TEMs), and related offices together with some labs, and preparation equipment (photo).

Buildings 346 and 347 (former DTU Danchip) hosts the cleanroom and related offices, as well as the PolyFabLab and SupportLab. More information about our fabrication and characterization cababilities in building 346/347 can be found here.
