XRD Rot Anode

The Rigaku SmartLab 9kW Rotating Anode XRD that we call "XRD Rot Anode" is an advanced XRD instrument for measuring thin films, powders, and other substances. All thin films can be measured without fixating the sample, as the system has a so called In-Plane arm.
