Wafer Information
DTU Danchip has a stock of silicon and glass wafers; the most used of these wafers are located on the wafershelves in cleanroom 2. Whenever you take a wafer from stock, you should buy the wafer from the wafer shop in LabManager. The Price can also be found in the wafer shop.
The waferbox name consists typically of a few letters and a number, eg OP337, according to the code below:

New clean wafer boxes and single wafer carriers can be found in the changing area. Ask DTU Danchip personnel for help if stock is low.
