Installing XRD data analysis software

The main data analysis software available to all users of DTU Nanolab's XRD equipment is Rigaku SmartLab Studio II. This software can be installed freely on you own computer. The computer has to be on the DTU Network, either as a regular DTU computer or by VPN to obtain a network license. See description in this document - requires login.

For users of the XRD Powder, we recommend to also install the Crystallography Open Database, for material cards, and either Data Viewer or PowDLL for data conversion. You can see how to download them in the same document - requires login..

Note it is also possible to access the software by remote login to two analysis computers. You find a description of how to logon in the Labmanager Equipment Info page for the XRD Powder (requires login) on the Documents page under Technical Documents (Public Access). It's called "remote-access-Highscore-SLSII-DataViewer-XRDMP.
