The DataViewer software is a basic program from Malvern Panalytical that accompanies the XRD Powder and allows you to view your measurement results, do simple operations, and export to other formats, e.g., csv or txt. To install DataViewer, please see [https://labmanager.dtu.dk/view_binary.php?fileId=5534 this note on LabManager] - requires login.

====For adjusting measurement recipes====
To adjust the measurement recipes you need to use the XRDMP Creator mentioned above. This can be found on the support computer right on the instrument apart from being installed on your own computer. Please ask responsible staff for instruction before you start using it on your own. Notice that in the Scan Parameters window there is a problem with the "Time per step" which is supposedly given in seconds but does not translate into the actual time spent per step during the scan. It must be a much smaller unit. You can trust the total time given per scan more than the time per step shown.

====Additional software for measurements in a heated atmosphere====
If you are going to make measurements in a heated N2 atmosphere, you will need the Nambicon software to control the heater. It is found in the folder O:\CleanroomDrive\_Equipment\XRD Powder\XRD Aeris\Anton Paar Nambicon.
If you are going to make measurements in a heated N2 atmosphere, you will need the Nambicon software to control the heater. Download is described in [https://labmanager.dtu.dk/view_binary.php?fileId=5535 the same document] as for DataViewer and XRDMP Creator  - requires login.
