Procedure of ultra-sectionning

Step 1: Trimming resin block

1. Trimming resin block using Trim diamond knife



Step 2: Mount sample to the ultramicrotome


Step 3: Mount glass or diamound knife to knife holder


Step 4: Ultra-sectioning of sample

4. Ultra-sectionning of sample using diamond knife with water boat



Step 5: Fishing sections

5. Collecting sections using a Perfect loop



Step 6: Transfering sections to EM grid
