- RCA - Two step process to remove organics and metals
- 7-up & Piranha - Removes organics and alkali ions
- 5% HF - Removing native oxide
- IMEC - Cleaning before fusion bonding
- Soap Sonic - Cleaning of "dirty" wafers when entering the cleanroom
