Dry etching can be done either with [[Specific Process Knowledge/Etch/ICP Metal Etcher|ICP]] using Chlorine chemistry or with [[Specific Process Knowledge/Etch/IBE/IBSD Ionfab 300|IBE]] by sputtering with Ar ions.
