This introductionary course is mandatory for all users that want to access our cleanroom facilities on their own. The online course contains information regarding

* Safety

* Cleanroom behavior

* Labmanager (equipment management system)

* Labadviser (equipment and process information Wiki)

* Access agreement

After completing the online course, you can sign up for practical training inside our cleanroom.

Note that there is a attendee limit of 3 persons per date. The hands-on courses are held on a weekly basis. You will <u>not</u> receive a confirmation for the registration, only if the course is canceled. The part will take approximately 2:30 hours.

Finally, you have to complete the browser-based examination. This should be done right after the practical part. A guide for this is handed out after the practical part.Onc eyou passed the online exam, you will receive your course certificate and you are ready to go into the cleanroom.
