This part shows equipment currently in use. Users own bookings are located at the top of the "Equipment Being Used"-list while equipment used by other users is listed in alphabetical order. You can directly access the process log as well as stop equipment usage - immediately ("Stop Now") or with a specified time delay ("Delayed Stop)". | |||

In this part equipment is listed that is currently in limited use, out-of use, or being serviced. Beside the status a short description of why the tool is not fully functional a date for expected return to full functionality is stated (''if possible''). A tool in limited use is still accesible for use, but with some limitation, f.ex. a certain gas or process not being available or QC being out of specifications. | |||
Please be aware that the expected date is often a best guess estimate. Delay in part delivery and limited man power might cause more delay. Please also understand that sometimes a small valve problem requires to take apart the entire machine with plenty of small pieces and partially custom-made parts that may not be easily replaceable. | |||
