Procedure of ultra-sectionning

Step 1: Trimming resin block

1. Trimming resin block using Trim diamond knife



Step 2: Mount sample to the ultramicrotome


Step 3: Mount glass or diamound knife to knife holder


Step 4: Ultra-sectioning of sample
