# Comments and Suggestions to improve access to the equipments: Answers
I think overall the procedure and flowchart on the website is very straightforward and highly optimized, especially as there is online courses for the theory part now? Very convenient. It seems more like that people are not aware/ do not know where to look for the information on the website, as here at physics many people are not used to the structures of nanolab. Response
I enjoy a lot working at the microscopes, it is very convenient and I feel very well supported in case I run into issues. Great work! Thank you!
I think it is relatively easy to get access. That is good to hear.
I think it is important to prioritize upgrade of the GIFs on the two Titans. We cannot agree more.
The train from Jens is very great, maybe there no easier way, it's all about proficiency. Thanks!
Simple manual to introduce the basic operation. We have manuals for most basic techniques on the TEMs available. Especially for the Titan microscopes, these manuals are based on the more basic operation of the Tecnai microscopes, which are a pre-requisition.
The price is very important. If the price could be flexible.... Response
Workshops with info and classes for new users. Response
Similar printouts in bld. 314 as in the cleanroom (bld. 346), which could hung up near each individual equipment. The printouts from Labmanager is what I'm thinking off. Response
Send out an offer in training to newly enrolled in the position of a PhD, PostDoc, according to the profile of work. Response
Just like in the cleanroom, the Microscopy lab at B314 also needed more instructors and trainers. There should be someone to take care of the training, instead of giving the responsibilities to the students. It would be nice if there is a video intro to microscopy as well. Response
For me it was very easy to gain access, but maybe some people (especially at other faculties than physics ) are unaware of the available equipment at Nanolab. Respnse
I suggest that you make it available to cancel a booking on the same day in the LabManager system. Response
