E-beam training	e-beam@danchip.dtu.dk	To request one of the 4 sessions needed for E-beam Writer 9500 training. Have GDS, jdf and sdf file ready before requesting; read more here. First training session will deal with compiling of files and end up with a mgn-file; no machine booking will be performed before you have a working mgn-file.
