1	I think I miss a clear rule/place where to put outerwear in b.314. Would be appreciated!	Response
2	I found the training I received very good and relevant. If the person who is receiving the training did not have a prior experience with electron microscopes, the length and/or the number of sessions of the training should be adjusted accordingly. During our training, this was provided by the instrument responsible, she was aware of it and adjusted the training schedule accordingly. I suggest that detailed protocols are present for the trained users, so that it is possible to follow until feeling comfortable with the instrument. In general my experience was very positive. 3	The people at Nanolab microscopy are always happy to help with problems or questions. I think they are doing a very good job of making the trainees feel welcome. As a previous employee, that is very nice to see!	Response
4	I do not really think it needs to be easier. The equipment is complicated and the laboratory environment could be dangerous, so they both deserve respect.	We cannot agree more.

6	I understand that it is a bit harder because everyone has different samples, but instead of spending a lot of time in the alignments when training is done. Spend some time with the user when he actually takes pictures with samples to discuss further how astigmatism works and how the focus is important. It may does not make sense what I am saying because this is something that Jens did with me but on a more theoretical level and not while looking at the sample.	Response
7	I'm very satisfied with everything! Since the theorethical trainig to the experimental training. The researcher that trained us (Tracy) was very helpfull and open, which gave us confidence and let us feel confortable when working with the SEM microscope.	Thanks
8	I think the biggest challenge is ensuring people know Nanolab is a user facility and that it is straightforward to gain access. Many still think it is a challenge or cost prohibitive to gain access to the microscopes and as such do not try	Response

10	The hardest part for me was to find out what the procedure was for getting training. So if this could be simply explained to new employees that would help.	We are working to improve the process of getting access to the equipment. In the future, this will facilitate the process for the users.
11	Adequate the training required for using the equipment, to the skills of new operators	Response
12	For my department (DTU Energy) it seems like a lot of people don't know that they can get trained on the microscope fairly easily. So, maybe spread the word a bit more? :)	Response
13	Jens is very helpful, every time that I had an issue with the equipment he was very patient and he gave very solid advice. I feel very comfortable working with the microscope now, simply because after the training, when I had issues with the Tecnai Jens help without judging and by being very supportive.	Thanks
